More than 70% of secondary school students in Nepal attend community schools. Enrollment has grown, but the quality and relevance of what they learn has not kept pace.
Students graduate without working digital literacy, a sense of career direction, or the soft skills today’s employers ask for.
Structured career counseling is almost absent in public secondary schools, which leads to skill mismatches and underemployment.

Helping students discover what’s possible
Many students choose subjects and careers without knowing what’s out there. Guided by our philosophy Purpose Meets Innovation, this program helps them find their interests, explore career options and build future-ready skills by meeting real professionals.
Digital confidence from the very first click
A hands-on, project-based digital literacy program for students who have had little or no access to a computer.
Mentorship and leadership for adolescent girls
Mentorship, leadership and career guidance for girls in community schools. It tackles the confidence gap head-on and challenges the stereotypes that hold girls back.

We measure success by what students can do afterwards, not just by how many took part.
If community school students in Nepal get hands-on digital skills training and mentorship, they build the practical competence to take up the opportunities of a 21st-century economy.
Impact has to outlive the workshop. We show Palika governments that the programs work, so schools can keep running them long after we leave.

We work with Palikas so local budgets cover computer lab upkeep.
